Students will design and build a complete platformer game, in which a player moves their character through a series of levels by avoiding obstacles and jumping across platforms. Some famous platformer games include Sonic the Hedgehog and the Mario Bros. games. This project uses the Unity Engine’s physics system to control player movement. There are nine in-person classes and unlimited access to videos, supplemental materials, and an instructor during the entire course.
